Job Title

Sales and Customer Service Professional

The Sales and Customer Service Professional will be responsible for driving sales growth within the branch, embracing sales initiatives across their hub, building strong customer relationships, maintaining a high standard of presentation and service. They will also assist the Branch Manager in day-to-day duties.

You will also be involved in carrying out some cash handling and dealing with customers over the phone.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Embrace sales campaigns and generate leads for the sales team.
  • Exceed targets for sales, customer service, debt, and branch standards.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in all aspects of the working day.
  • Maintain professional standards of product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with all systems, procedures, and processes.
  • Represent the company values and portray a professional image to all customers, potential customers, and other people you meet in the course of your work.
  • Be a key driver in health & safety.
  • Carry out other tasks and duties as advised by the Branch Manager.
