Job Overview
  • Oversee all recruitment and selection for the organization, including internal hiring and succession planning.
  • Drive Training and Development amongst the staff to ensure they are ready for career advancement.
  • Create and implement an engagement strategy to increase employee satisfaction.
  • Maintain employee compliance standards, including proper records and documentation.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in HR, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a 3rd level qualification in HRM, Business, or similar.
  • Certification in People Management is preferred.
  • Experience in driving employee engagement and managing workforce planning.
  • Able to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
