Job Title:

We are seeking a Human Resources Professional to lead our HR department in Ireland.

This is a busy role that requires an organised and enthusiastic individual to oversee all recruitment, drive training and development, and maintain compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all recruitment and selection for the property.
  • Drive Training and Development amongst the staff to ensure they are ready for career progression.
  • Create and implement employee engagement strategies.
  • Maintain employee compliance standards, including proper records and documentation.
  • Oversee payroll processing through the Time and Attendance system.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an HR role, ideally in a customer-focused environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • 3rd level qualification in HRM or Business.
  • CIPD qualification preferred.
  • Experience in driving employee engagement and cost management.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the business.
