  • Assess and treat individuals with communication disorders, enabling them to interact effectively with others.
  • Support children and young people experiencing speech challenges through tailored therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Improve speech clarity, language comprehension, and expression by utilizing evidence-based techniques.
  2. Enhance social communication and relationship-building skills among clients.
  3. Develop personalized therapy plans to address speech and language difficulties linked to anxiety, depression, cognitive impairments, and other conditions.
  4. Provide expert support for stuttering, voice issues, and delayed language development.
  5. Conduct informal assessments and create bespoke therapy plans to meet individual needs.
  6. Utilize interactive tools and exercises to boost real-life communication skills.
  7. Offer ongoing support and adapt therapy plans as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

\
  • Degree-qualified and CORU registered Speech and Language Therapist with relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality care.
  • Confident in freelance work arrangements and able to travel to Dublin.
