About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Management Expert to lead our complex multi-stream projects. As a key team member, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-profile initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project scope, timeline, finances, risk management, resource allocation, and governance in accordance with best practices.
- Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Identify and coordinate early external dependencies across the organization.
- Communicate and manage Programme risks and issues.
- Maintain a standardised visualisation of the roadmap of inflight deliverables and roadmap of what is coming up for onward portfolio reporting and tracking.
- Monitor benefits realisation in the form of key outcome metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve programme/project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Manage interdependencies and facilitate effective communication across departments.
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in project management with expertise in financial services.
- Strong track record of delivering complex projects and excellent presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage financials, stakeholders, and people effectively.
- Experience working on projects through their full life-cycle (from initiation to closure).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and develop relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
