At our hotel, we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Leisure Club Attendant - Life Guard to join our team. As the first point of contact for all members, you will deal with queries in person, by phone or email, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to assist in providing a safe and efficient environment for club members. This includes acting as the first point of contact for all members, dealing with queries in person, by phone or email, ensuring the smooth running of the club during opening hours, and assisting the Club Manager in marketing and upselling the club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all members, dealing with queries in person, by phone or email
- Ensure the smooth running of the club during opening hours
- Assist the Club Manager in marketing and upselling the club
- Carry out general cleaning duties
- Administer membership enquiries and complete sales with customers
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- Poollifeguard certification and First Aid
- NCEF qualification or equivalent
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends
