Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst within the financial services or banking sector, with strong knowledge and experience working with T24 (Temenos) banking systems or mortgage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements to bridge the gap between business units and IT teams.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and recommend areas for improvement to ensure effective system implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document functional and non-functional requirements for system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Support the development, testing, and deployment of new system changes to meet business needs.
  • Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for new system configurations.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system issues.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field.
