As a seasoned Tax Director, you will spearhead the growth and development of our Tax Division. The role involves strategic planning, team management, and tax advisory services to High Net Worth Individuals.

This position requires a high degree of technical expertise in corporate tax planning, VAT, CAT, R&D, and compliance. You will work closely with clients to understand their complex taxation needs and develop tailored solutions.

  • Manage the Tax Division, driving its growth and expansion
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the division's performance
  • Provide expert tax advice to clients, focusing on complex cases and high-net-worth individuals
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities for the Tax Division and the wider firm
  • Represent the firm through networking and industry forums
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional qualification with a recognized accountancy body (CTA/AITI)
  • Minimum 10+ years of tax experience, with at least 5 years in senior management
  • Technical excellence in corporate tax planning, VAT, CAT, R&D, and compliance
  • Demonstrable business development and client relationship skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
