Social Care Professional Role">

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic professionals to join a dynamic team supporting adults towards independent living and community integration.

]

Care and support workers will be working across 12 residential communities and 4 day services nationwide, offering person-centred care that transforms lives.

]


]

Key Responsibilities:

]

- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with physical/intellectual disabilities, autism, and other support needs.

]

- Develop and implement individualised plans to promote independence and community integration.

]

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

]

- Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes.

]

Requirements:

]

- Hold a minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.

]

- Have 1 year's experience of working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.

]

- Experience working with challenging behaviours.

]

- Strong working knowledge of legislation in place to protect vulnerable adults.

]

- Applicants must hold a full, clean manual driver's license and availability of own car for this post.

]
