We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic professionals to join a dynamic team supporting adults towards independent living and community integration.
]Care and support workers will be working across 12 residential communities and 4 day services nationwide, offering person-centred care that transforms lives.
]Key Responsibilities:
]- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with physical/intellectual disabilities, autism, and other support needs.
]- Develop and implement individualised plans to promote independence and community integration.
]- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
]- Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes.
]Requirements:
]- Hold a minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
]- Have 1 year's experience of working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
]- Experience working with challenging behaviours.
]- Strong working knowledge of legislation in place to protect vulnerable adults.
]- Applicants must hold a full, clean manual driver's license and availability of own car for this post.
