Leadership Opportunity

We are recruiting a full-time permanent position for a Social Care Team Lead in Kilcullen, Kildare.

The role involves supporting adults with physical / intellectual disabilities, autism, and other support needs to live an ordinary life in a community-based environment.

The successful candidate will work across 12 residential communities and 4-day services nationwide, offering person-centred care that transforms lives. We seek experienced professionals to join our team of social and care staff in supporting adults toward independent living and community integration.

  • A minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework - BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care.
  • At least 2 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector.
  • Detailed understanding of developments at national and sectoral level in relation to quality and safety within disability services.
  • Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams.
  • A full driver's licence is an essential requirement.
