About the Role

As Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing day-to-day support to project managers in the delivery of road infrastructure projects.

  • Coordinating project meetings, progress reporting, and other stakeholder communications.

  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

  • Managing project documentation, including risk assessments, quality control reports, and compliance certifications.

  • Maintaining relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar project coordination role, preferably in the road infrastructure sector.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
