We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our retail operations. As a Department Head, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership experience, with a strong focus on team management and customer satisfaction. You will be expected to lead by example, inspiring your team to achieve their full potential and providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.

You will be responsible for planning seasonal and promotional activities to drive sales and improve customer engagement. Additionally, you will ensure that all store operations run smoothly, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stock, and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve skills and knowledge, promoting career progression within the business.
Requirements:
