Job Title: District Manager

Job Description:

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple retail locations, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Your strategic initiatives and best practices will drive sales growth, maintain high customer service standards, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with company policies and standards in customer service, operations, and merchandising.
  • Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve district-wide sales targets and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support store managers to enhance their performance and develop their teams.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales reports and operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement across the district.
  • Culture Development: Foster a positive work environment that motivates employees to perform at their best and addresses any personnel issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in retail management, preferably as a District Manager or in a similar role.
  • People Management Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills to assess performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and customers alike.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel frequently within the district and manage time effectively.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid Driving License: Valid driving license
