Job Title: Senior Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the retail store's operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by senior management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive excellent customer service standards throughout the store.
  • Merchandise and maintain visual standards across all departments.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate a team of sales assistants.
  • Stock control and ordering in line with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous retail management or supervisory experience essential.
  • Strong sales background with a focus on delivering targets and KPIs.
  • Experience in soft furnishings or home interiors is a distinct advantage.
  • A full driving licence is desirable but not essential.
  • Flexible to work 5 days over 7 (No Sundays).
