Forecourt Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forecourt Manager to join our team in Mayfield. As a key member of our retail operation, you will be responsible for managing the overall functioning of the store, ensuring maximum profitability through excellent customer service and effective day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage fuel and non-fuel sales and profit targets by implementing effective sales strategies and promoting high-quality customer experiences.
  • Maximise sales through well-merchandised shops, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt resolution of customer queries and complaints, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong background in customer service, sales, and operational management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and implement effective solutions.
