We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team, developing their skills and knowledge, and driving sales and service targets.
  • Prior experience in supervisory or managerial retail roles is essential, as well as a proven track record of stock control and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and support day-to-day store operations, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop and motivate a small team to achieve sales, service, and operational targets.
  3. Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring inventory to meet customer demand.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and operational procedures.
  5. Provide excellent customer service, resolve queries effectively, and contribute to store merchandising and layout.
  6. Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliations, and store administration tasks.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in supervisory or managerial retail roles.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with ability to prioritise workload.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a customer-facing environment.
  • Experience in stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with focus on customer service.
