Hotel Duty Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hospitality Operations Manager to lead Food & Beverage - Front of House operations at a prestigious 4* hotel in Kinsale, Co. Cork.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily hotel operations and coordinating all areas of the hotel
  • Leading and guiding teams during service/shifts to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience as a Hotel Duty Manager in a Leisure-style 4* hotel in Ireland, with excellent leadership and team management skills.

Requirements

  • Professional hospitality qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
