Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Manager to join our team as a key leadership role. The successful candidate will have full responsibility for the management of the nursing department in all aspects of staff management.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience at management level, preferably in a healthcare setting. They will be responsible for mentoring and training staff, implementing improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, the following criteria apply:
- Relevant third-level qualification
- Extensive experience at management level
- Extensive experience in regulatory, health and safety, quality, clinical governance, and risk management
- Extensive experience in mentoring and training staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of implementing improvements
- Evidence of ability to plan, organize and prioritize workload
- Evidence of flexibility to respond to needs of the organization as required
