We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Marketer to join our team. As a Technical Content Marketer, you will be responsible for creating engaging technical and non-technical content on highly technical topics.
You will work closely with our design and product engineering teams to develop viral content on technical topics such as payments ecosystem, security practices, customer stories, and optimization of margins.
Key Responsibilities- Write engaging technical and non-technical content on highly technical topics
- Create top-of-funnel product-focused content marketing, including blog posts and tutorials
- Work with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to turn new features into innovative and timely content ideas
- Growing and maintaining our content schedule around user personas and segments
- Analyze how your content performs and decide how to adjust our content strategy accordingly
- Owning the organic search strategy to drive quality traffic, engagement, and revenue growth
- Created engaging, well-researched content for developers and/or the payments industry
- Had some experience doing software development, but this doesn't need to have been in a formal role
- Come up with interesting and timely content ideas
- Understand SEO and digital marketing dynamics, demonstrated through experience in blogs, websites, email marketing, or community management
- Have a strong affinity for using both quantitative analysis (numbers, data, patterns) and qualitative (customer interviews) to drive decision making
- Are a self-starter, willing to take responsibility and own projects
