Wedding Coordinator Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, detail-driven Wedding Coordinator to join our award-winning team in Leinster, Ireland.

The role involves managing wedding enquiries from first contact through to the big day, conducting venue show-arounds and liaising with couples, suppliers and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.

Key responsibilities include preparing detailed function sheets, maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional customer service that makes each couple feel truly special.

  • Manage all aspects of wedding planning and coordination, including venue selection, catering, decorations, and entertainment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers and vendors to provide high-quality services and products.
  • Work closely with event planners, chefs, and other hotel staff to ensure seamless execution of weddings and events.
  • Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure that events are delivered within budget.
Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Wedding Coordinator who possesses excellent organisational and communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or event coordination within hospitality, with strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
