Bridal Sales Consultant Job Description

You have a passion for helping brides find their dream wedding dresses, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Bridal Sales Consultant, your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service and help brides achieve their vision.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcome
    ing and consulting with brides to understand their needs and preferences
  • Selecting and presenting wedding dresses that meet the bride's expectations
  • Supporting brides during the fitting process and styling them in their chosen dress
  • Working independently and as part of a small team to achieve sales targets
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A customer-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the luxury retail sector
  • A genuine passion for fashion and styling
