Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wedding & Events Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing events from conception through to completion, ensuring that every detail is meticulously attended to and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our clients feel valued and appreciated throughout the event planning process;
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events;
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase revenue;
  • Manage budgets and financials to ensure profitability;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box;
