If you are ready to enhance your career and make an impact in a supportive environment, join us at Dalata Hotel Group Reporting to the Sales & Events Manager, the Wedding & Events Executive will be responsible for maximising wedding sales potential and achieving the events sales targets of the hotel. Handle inquiries related to Events and Weddings through telephone, email, and web platforms. Complete inquiry forms and send quotations, followed by contracts for each event opportunity. Accurately process, distribute, record, and file all client correspondence, including contracts, quotations, confirmations, and cancellations, and ensure appropriate follow-up. Meet all client needs and manage accounts for all wedding and event clients. Post all meeting room charges and issue receipts to clients. Demonstrated excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Attend the Wedding Showcase to help drive brand recognition and generate wedding enquiries. Gather and manage feedback from clients, ensuring effective communication with other departments as needed. Support negotiations with clients to maximise revenue while meeting their needs. Assist in finalising bookings and upselling where possible to enhance revenue potential. Participate in managing inquiries from third-party platforms as needed. Maintain existing client accounts and generate new business from these accounts according to agreed targets. Actively promote the hotel's image and services through both print materials and verbal communication. Keep client databases and the CRM system up to date. Participate fully in all sales activities, including market research and telesales. Identify key competitors and conduct regular competitor analysis, monitoring their performance, pricing, and sales activities. What You Will Need: To have at least 1 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality sector. Reactive sales experience is a must with proactive sales experience desirable.
