Overview

We are currently looking for a Store Host to join our Dublin store, working 8 hours per week.

What to Expect

- Warmly welcoming all customers and their guests, ensuring they receive all the information they need about WED2B and their visit.
- Registering each customer via our welcome screen in accordance with company policy.
- Assisting with click-and-collect orders.
- Upholding and implementing the WED2B DNA in customer service and product presentation.
- Ongoing training in current industry developments and trends.
- Maintaining and building strong customer relationships.
- Supporting the store in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Assisting Bridal Consultants with their tasks when needed.

- Experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Passion for bridal fashion and attention to detail.
- A strong sense of responsibility.
