In our elegantly designed store in Liffey Valley we curate a handpicked selection of the finest luxury lifestyle appliances for our clientele to use in their homes. Miele Experience Centres host demonstrations, bespoke consultations and exceptional customer service, forging the link between Kitchen Dealers, consumers and Miele by enabling opportunities to close the sale directly or through our partner network. Experience Centres differ from normal retail stores, with lower footfall but higher value customer transactions. The space is designed to host both clientele and brand partners to enjoy a luxurious and intimate environment where they can explore our collection at their own pace, with a personalised shopping experience."

Location note: This is a part-time role working 10 hours per week across two days which includes weekends. The role is based at the Liffey Valley Experience Centre, Dublin region.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be:

  • A natural salesperson who is confident and capable when hosting clients and delivering memorable in-store demonstrations.
  • Able to form relationships with local businesses and high-net-worth individuals. Ideally, experience in luxury clientelling or delivering bespoke solutions.
  • Working as part of a team to strive to hit sales targets for yourself and the team.
  • Demonstrating multiple communication styles across telephone, face-to-face and written interactions. Responding effectively to quotations and queries with credibility and professionalism.
  • Able to multi-task, be IT literate and adapt to systems and processes while working well as part of a team to achieve results.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role with credibility and confidence in what is required.
  • Passion and pride that matches the Miele brand.
  • Ability to adapt to different communication styles and environments.
