Job Overview:

As a key member of the HR team, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic support to legal and business services departments across the organization. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day HR operational activities, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing innovative solutions to drive employee engagement and change management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR support and partnership to several departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead the management of HR operational activities, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Support people managers in navigating HR matters, maintaining a proactive and solution-focused approach to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and external networks, driving collaborative partnerships and influencing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR operations team to deliver high-impact projects and strategic solutions, promoting innovation and best practices within the organization.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in HR or a related field.
  • Strong background in employee relations and operational HR delivery, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • High levels of confidentiality, discretion, and judgment when managing sensitive information and confidential matters.
