AI Prompt Evaluator

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Prompt Evaluator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong language skills, including fluency in Japanese and English, and be able to create engaging and clear prompts.

  • Researching, creating, and editing short-form written prompts while ensuring factual accuracy and adherence to style guidelines for voice and creativity.
  • Developing conversation flows to ensure smooth, logical interactions that guide users effectively.
  • Contributing to the improvement of our speech system, which may involve working with dialogues on various topics, including controversial subjects.
  • Analyzing and evaluating short-form written content for factual correctness and compliance with style guidelines.
  • Generating and assessing suggested prompts and responses.
  • Ensuring that the tone aligns with the proper voice and resonates with the target audience.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Minimum B2 proficiency in English and fluency in Japanese.
  • A strong command of language, grammar, and style to create engaging and clear prompts.
  • The ability to come up with innovative prompts and scenarios that engage users.
  • The ability to analyze user data and feedback to improve prompts and conversation flows.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • The ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Comfort with potentially sensitive content.
