Financial Governance Specialist

This role involves ensuring the financial oversight and governance of multiple regulated fund structures. You will work closely with internal teams and external service providers to guarantee high-quality fund reporting and entity governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial reporting process for multi-strategy fund platforms, including umbrella funds, ICAVs, and platform Ireland ICAV.
  • Coordinate quarterly board packs for fund governance meetings.
  • Collaborate with Operations on NAV/GAV production and valuation processes.
  • Consolidate fund results for group financial statements.
  • Oversight of legal entity framework for multiple fund vehicles across the KKR platform.
  • Ensure timely completion of financial, regulatory, and audit deliverables, including Annex IV Reporting, Custody Rule Audits, and AIFMD Audits.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience in financial governance and compliance is highly desirable.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial governance and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including CBI, FCA, and SEC regulations.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
