People Operations Digital Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Digital Lead to join our team and help shape EirGrid's digital HR landscape.
Job Overview:
- This role will be responsible for defining and implementing a digital HR strategy, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness in HR processes.
- The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teams within and external to the People & Capability Office to deliver objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the approach to people analytics, deriving insights to inform HR strategies and decisions.
- Leverage data analytics to derive insights from HR data, enabling evidence-based decision making.
- Collaborate with other functions such as IT and Finance to ensure HR systems are integrated with other business systems.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a role with a focus on HR technology and/or people analytics.
- Certified professional with relevant qualifications in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or Data Science.
- Proven track record in process efficiency, continuous improvement, and quality management practices.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
