Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Trainer Developer.

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our learners.

  • Develop and deliver training curricula aligned with local program specifications.
  • Work closely with learners who require additional support to explore their career and educational aspirations, make informed vocational choices, and progress towards further education or employment.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement systematic training programs according to specified requirements.
  2. Foster participants' knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  3. Meet performance indicators related to learner placement and certification targets.
Requirements
  • Hold a third-level qualification in Education/Training or a related field.
  • Possess a relevant pedagogical/training qualification (minimum Train the Trainer QQI Level 6).
  • Have significant experience working with learners in educational, guidance, and developmental contexts.
