Junior Academy Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Academy Coach to join our team. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to our youngest players.

The successful candidate will have a passion for coaching and developing young players, strong communication and organisational skills, and relevant coaching qualifications (FAI PDP1 or equivalent).

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Academy and other coaches to ensure consistency of standards across all age groups. You will also assist in academy events, camps, and tournaments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging Junior Academy sessions aligned with our methodology.
  • Support the development of players across technical skills, athleticism, and game understanding.
  • Assist in academy events, camps, and tournaments.
  • Work closely with the Head of Academy and Academy staff to ensure consistency of standards across all age groups.

What We're Looking For:

  • A passionate coach with a track record of developing young players.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Coaching qualifications (minimum FAI PDP1 or equivalent desirable).
  • An enthusiastic, professional, and committed individual who is dedicated to player development.
