Job Title: Youth Care Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Care Specialist to join our team. As part of our residential service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to vulnerable young people.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with young people and making a positive impact on their lives. As a Youth Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to young people in a residential setting
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required

Required Qualifications and Skills:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant equivalent
  • Full, clean, manual driver's license (valid in Ireland)
  • Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland
