Residential Care Manager Role

Cpl Healthcare partners with a client to provide high-quality care to young people, protecting and supporting them to build resilience and recover from early life trauma.

The Residential Care Manager is responsible for ensuring that the care delivered meets company policies and national regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff delivering care to young people.
  • Maintain a homely, clean, safe, and appropriate environment for young people.
  • Develop and implement care plans aligned with company policies and national regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, Social Work, or related field.
  • Full driving license (valid in Ireland).
  • Relevant management qualification.
  • Previous experience setting up a new home.
  • Knowledge of Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres.
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as a Social Care Leader or Deputy Manager.
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in Social Care and working with young people.
