Job Title: Senior Care Home Manager

This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead and manage care, catering, cleaning, and house services in a unique setting.

As a Senior Care Home Manager, you will oversee a dedicated team of professionals, ensuring high standards of performance, compliance, and service delivery.

The successful candidate will have the responsibility of supervising a team of 6 individuals, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring accurate financial documentation and budget management.

You will also be responsible for overseeing food quality and hygiene throughout the entire food cycle, from preparation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications and experience in care, hospitality, or facilities management, with strong IT literacy.

They will also have proven experience managing teams in a care or residential environment, excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care and services.

A Level 5 Certificate in Care skills and/or Care of the Older Person is desirable.
