We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our care home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of carers and support staff
  • Ensure high standards of care and support are delivered to residents
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in care management
  • Relevant qualifications in care or related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of healthcare legislation and regulations
