Risk Governance Compliance Assistant

- Maintain and update records for starters and leavers
- Act as first-line support for user queries, escalating complex issues to the Senior Manager as required
- Monitor and report on accidents, near misses, and incidents, identifying trends or areas of concern
- Maintain and update user guides and process documentation
- Provide user support and administrative assistance as required
- Liaise with external providers to ensure inspections, PAT testing, and reports are completed and uploaded
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role within compliance, governance, or a regulated environment
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience using systems such as Vi Clarity, Salesforce, or Decision Time (desirable)
- Accountability for maintaining compliance records and ensuring processes run smoothly
- Responsibility for coordinating H&S and compliance activities but not for strategic decision-making
