Electrical Contracts Manager Role

This leadership position involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of electrical contracts, from planning and execution to close-out.

  • Manage contract administration, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Coordinate project teams and collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive success.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met, adhering to relevant legislation, industry standards, and organizational procedures.
  • Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical project or contract management.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale electrical projects.
  • Display strong knowledge of Irish electrical regulations and health & safety standards.
  • Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Be proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Hold a full clean driving licence and be willing to travel to project sites.
