Senior Leader for Service Improvement

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Executive Officer to join our team.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure optimal use of available funds.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in a health or social care setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with staff, stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
