Job Role: License Key Specialist

You will be part of the team that manages license key functions, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Licence key query management with a 24-hour response time
  • Daily licence key management tasks
  • Preparing customer pricing simulations and financial analysis reports
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial proposals for clients
  • Directly interacting with customers and senior company stakeholders
  • Analyzing contractual terms for internal and external queries
  • Assisting in developing scalable commercial processes
  • Helping integrate newly acquired companies
  • Ongoing ad hoc work as required
Required Skills:
