Our company seeks a highly skilled Business Development Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients on pre and post-retirement products, protection and pensions.

Job Description:

We are looking for a consultative professional who can provide expert advice to clients on their financial planning needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with clients, generating leads, and managing projects to achieve business growth.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain solid client relationships, and a proven track record of delivering on sales targets. A background in generating leads from a corporate client base is also essential.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in financial planning or employee benefits
  • Hold the QFA qualification or be working towards the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Higher Diploma in Pensions Management
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to build internal relationships and trust
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the industry
