Job Opportunity: Food and Beverage Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. This role involves providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

In this position, you will be an integral part of our front-of-house team, working closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service. You will receive comprehensive training through our internal development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • Greet regular guests by name, building strong relationships and creating a personalized experience.
  • Develop a good working knowledge of food and wine to make informed recommendations to guests, enhancing their dining experience.
  • Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Upsell and maximize sales revenue wherever possible, contributing to the success of our business.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the bar and restaurant areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for guests.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is essential, demonstrating your ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, is required to meet the demands of our business.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with guests and colleagues.
  • Micros experience is preferred, as well as experience in a hotel setting, showcasing your adaptability and transferable skills.
