Exceptional Service Delivery Role

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional administrative support and handle various tasks. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving and responding to incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner.
- Assisting with scheduling queries, planning schedules, and coordinating various tasks.
- Executing requests from multiple departments and ensuring timely completion.
- Performing ad hoc administrative and office functions as needed.
- Liaising effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Sharing on-call responsibilities.
To excel in this position, you must possess:
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and PC skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Organizational, innovative, and process-driven approach to work.
- Ability to make a positive impact and drive results.
- One Touch experience is advantageous, but training will be provided.
