Job Title: Customer Delivery Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our delivery team as a Customer Delivery Assistant.

This role offers the perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Delivery Assistant, you will be responsible for completing multi-drop roles alongside one of our delivery drivers, lifting and handling heavy items, making every customer encounter amazing, and installing a range of different products for our customers in their homes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Great customer skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • A car driving licence and some experience of working in a delivery role or visiting customers' homes
  • The ability to handle heavy stock
