IT Operations Manager

An experienced IT professional with a passion for continuous service improvement and rock-solid delivery is required to oversee day-to-day IT operations, build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery across the business.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive process excellence, leverage technology, and foster collaboration to deliver exceptional IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Head of IT in delivering high-quality services across the ITIL lifecycle
  • Leading incident & problem management processes, identifying root causes and implementing preventative solutions
  • Managing and improving supplier relationships and performance
  • Driving process documentation, compliance (DORA), and audit support
  • Becoming an advocate for IT Service Management across the entire business
Requirements:
  • 7+ years in IT Service Management, ideally within a regulated financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of ITIL (certified in v3 or v4) and DORA regulations
  • Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Autotask
  • A confident communicator and negotiator with top-tier stakeholder/vendor management skills
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving in fast-paced environments
