We are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to lead our day-to-day service operations and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services across the ITIL lifecycle, with 7+ years of experience in IT Service Management.
The successful candidate will oversee incident & problem management processes, identify root causes and implement preventative solutions, while building strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Servicing IT Operations: Managing day-to-day IT service operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery across the business.
- Leading Incident Management: Leading incident management processes and identifying root causes to implement preventative solutions.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Managing and improving supplier relationships and performance.
- Process Documentation and Compliance: Driving process documentation and compliance (DORA, ISO), and supporting audit activities.
- Service Advocacy: Becoming an advocate for IT Service Management across the entire business and promoting best practices.
