Job Title: IT Managed Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our technical services team and provide exceptional post-sales support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar service management role.
  • Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud computing.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
