Service Management Role

Our organization seeks a seasoned Senior Manager SSC Service Management to drive service excellence through effective management of BPO contractual obligations, stakeholder needs, and performance improvement.

This role will work closely with SSC Functional Leads to deliver seamless services to the organization. The successful candidate will be based in Dublin 24, with hybrid working arrangements available through our Smart working model.

We are looking for a strong leader with experience in managing expectations of senior stakeholders, digital finance tools, and transformation. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably leading a Service and Vendor Management function in a global multi-function GBS centralized organization with BPO involvement.

The Senior Manager SSC Service Management owns the design, operation, and continuous improvement of the overall governance model, service delivery SLAs/KPIs, BPO vendor management, including contract & change management, service catalogue, and recharge model to the business.

  • Develop Governance Framework: Develops and owns the governance framework for SSC Services operations, defining structures, roles & responsibilities, meeting purpose, and cadence.
  • Establish Accountability: Establishes clear accountability and decision-making processes within the governance framework.
  • Set Performance Framework: Sets the performance framework for SSC Services through balanced scorecards, SLAs, and KPIs.

The Senior Manager SSC Service Management will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery, enhancing stakeholder satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
