Client Service Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead and support a team of Area Managers, ensuring top-notch service delivery across multiple client sites. The role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, fostering team performance, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support Area Managers and Supervisors in achieving exceptional results.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance reviews to ensure team excellence.
  • Ensure service standards through regular audits and system tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Address service issues promptly and ensure contract requirements are met.
  • Promote and oversee health and safety standards on client sites.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support pricing reviews, service expansions, and payroll queries.
  • Assist in TUPE processes and employee relations when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the service or contract cleaning industries.
  • At least 2 years of team management experience with a proven track record.
  • Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland with flexible hours.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with a strong emphasis on communication.
  • Experience with KPIs, SLAs, and compliance audits to drive business success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools.
