As a seasoned leader, we are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team.

This role involves overseeing the delivery of product backlogs to maximize value and drive business success. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional squads and their delivery, ensuring alignment with project vision and goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership and ownership of the product/project, inspiring others to share and contribute to the product/project vision and goals.

You will continuously monitor the project's and squad's performance, gathering feedback from various stakeholders and taking actions to show continuous improvement. Data-driven insights will guide your decisions, and you will prioritize future improvements accordingly.

A successful candidate will have 15+ years of experience, with a minimum of 5+ years as a Delivery Manager. They will have extensive experience in managing product backlogs and development teams/squads, along with a proven track record of delivering complex projects through agile processes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, being the primary point of contact to various stakeholders on behalf of the project team. They will identify product requirements for the development team, help and guide the Product Owner to prioritize the product backlog, and refine it based on feedback and changing business needs.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure the product/service delivered meets customer needs and is delivered on time and within budget. The candidate will review and ensure that product backlog items are clearly defined, well understood, and properly estimated by the development team.

In addition, they will continuously monitor the product's performance, gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and prioritize future improvements. Keeping the delivery squad focused on deliverables for each sprint and maintaining focus across various sprints is also a key responsibility.
