Quality Assurance Specialist
About the RoleThis critical position is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective quality processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Manage closed-loop customer complaints and improvement initiatives.
- Develop and review quality metrics systems to drive process improvements.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of technical files, including DMRs and DHRs.
- Collect, analyze, and report data to inform business decisions.
- Conduct Pareto and trend analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and drive continuous improvement programs to enhance quality processes.
- Approve new product introductions (NPIs), including first-article inspections and reporting.
- Analyze and improve CAPA, NCM, and RMA processes.
- Validate quality system effectiveness through audits and assessments.
- Minimum NFQ Level 7 degree or diploma in science or engineering, or a lesser qualification with relevant experience.
- At least 2-3 years of quality assurance and regulatory affairs experience.
- Proven track record in a similar quality engineering role within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding and application of problem-solving techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to respond to customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
